  • As General Manager for a Fortune 100, launched and grew a new division to $380 million in 3 years,

  • Tripled U.S retail distribution for a product line in six months Hewlett Packard.

Ms. Mobley is certified as a master coach by the International Coach Federation as well as a master somatic coach.  An accomplished speaker, she has presented at over 20 national conferences.  Her insightful articles have been published in national publications (sample articles) and she co-developed Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program and serves on the faculty for their executive education programs. Ms. Mobley has an MBA from Harvard Business School and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Math and Computer Science from the University of Texas.

FRANCIS SHINSATO

Francis Shinsato has held various financial executive positions over the past 30+ years in technology and manufacturing companies, ranging from startup enterprises to publicly held companies. He has served as CFO for three start-ups, including one which he helped to take public. Mr. Shinsato has also held various financial positions up to Vice President at established companies during his career. Mr. Shinsato’s areas of expertise include integrating the financial function with operations and providing meaningful reporting for executives at client companies. Other financial consulting services include financial systems review, systems integration, and financial modeling. In addition, Mr. Shinsato has overseen financial systems conversions and served as part-time CFO for client companies. Mr. Shinsato received his MBA from Harvard Business School, and BS in Electrical Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona, and MS Electrical Engineering from USC. He has also been a licensed CPA and Professional Engineer.
